We all know what day today is. Yes, you got it right, its Valentine's day, and for those who didn't know, checkout the streets from your window. If you didn't find red flowers, balloons, and all lovey dovey atmosphere in the air, then you must be living on another planet. The whole world is turning red today. Since today is an excuse to look extra special with all the makeup and pretty dresses, I have got for you a few makeup look tips you can easily apply whether you have a valentine's date for the day somewhere classy and chic, or a dinner date with the girls in the city.
1- Natural
2- Bold Lip
Always remember the rule, if you are going for a bold lip color, keep your eyes on the natural side. Too much makeup on both would make a perfect look for a clown. We wouldn't want that now, would we?
Choose one of the strong long lasting burgundy or purple shades with no blush a good amount of bronzer, and black mascara. Don't forget to draw your eyebrows.
3-Bold (smokey) Eye
Smokey eye with fake lashes can be too strong for a Valentine's date if you have just started off and getting to know your date. So, I suggest this look only if you know him for a while now and it's safe to apply those tones of eyeshadow layers and lashes without giving the impression that you are trying too hard. Apply M.A.C's smolder eyeliner and smudge it, layering on top of it and build up to your lid shades of brown since it suits almost every eye color. Add blush or bronze (or even both!), mascara, and a nude beige/pink lipstick, et voila!
Finally, no matter what makeup look you choose, do not hide the real you underneath. Bring yourself forward, shine and be yourself. That is the best beauty tip a person could ever give.
