DIY: Fix your "Holy" Toms!

Hey guys! Here is a quick, easy, and cheap way to fix your "holy" Toms!
All you need is:
Fabric (I used fabric very similar to canvas)
Piece of denim
Fabric Glue
REALLY sharp scissors
